Living in the Prescott Country Club is wonderful. We have the best weather in the country. We open our windows every night in the summer and have a gentle winter with little or no snow. The Prescott Country Club is a residential community of 1300 custom homes started in the 1970s. Each home offers a good view of the golf course, open land, or the surrounding Bradshaw Mountains. Lots range from about 1/4 acre to 1/2 acre. There is a small manufactured home section as well as duplex homes and townhomes. This variety offers choices of lifestyle and price ($70,000 to $700,000) for almost everyone to find a place to live.

Here is a retirement strategy:
Planning to retire in the area within the next 5 years? Buy a very inexpensive older home on a great lot. Rent it out for a few years or use it as a weekend or summer get-a-way. Remodel or tear down the home and build new at retirement time. You get today’s low pricing and a place to escape to. You save by buying low and at extremely low interest rates. When you build a retirement home you do not have to pay for impact fees, …

Prescott Arizona is becoming a favorite place for Canadian buyers. Our perfect weather allows our northern neighbors to enjoy Arizona the full year. While Phoenix and Scottsdale offer a great winter retreat, Prescott summers are excellent. That’s a claim that the Phoenix valley can’t make. Summer in Phoenix is like winter in Winnepeg. You tend to stay indoors. Yet in Prescott our average summer temperature is about 85 with low humidity. It’s where people from Phoenix come to excape the heat!
Come on down. We’d love to show off. See! We’re …

What a game 6 of the Cup finals as the Hawks beat the Flyers. The fast skating and determined Blackhawks out hustled the Flyers throughout the game.
Arizona has a lot of relocated Chiciagoans. I am one of them. Coming from the MidWest to Arizona you will find the summers too hot in the Phoenix area. The Prescott Quad Cities offer 4 mild seasons without the intense heat of The Valley.
We have prefessional hockey here too. The Arizona Sundogs play at Tim’s Toyota Center. The games are a blast and you …

WOW!  The weather in Central Arizona is excellent. We are so fortunate to have four mild seasons to enjoy.

The first day out this season was fantastic. How lucky we are to be fishing …
