Living in the Prescott Country Club is wonderful. We have the best weather in the country. We open our windows every night in the summer and have a gentle winter with little or no snow. The Prescott Country Club is a residential community of 1300 custom homes started in the 1970s. Each home offers a good view of the golf course, open land, or the surrounding Bradshaw Mountains. Lots range from about 1/4 acre to 1/2 acre. There is a small manufactured home section as well as duplex homes and townhomes. Escrow Closing Procedures
Here is what is about to happen once the Buyer’s loan is approved by the underwriter:
Loan documents are sent from lender to escrow company(title company)
Obtain your closing funds (remaining down payment and title and escrow fees) in the form of a certified check made out to the escrow company or wire them in (instructions on wiring are available from the escrow officer)
You sign documents at the escrow company and deliver the certified funds
Docs are sent back to the lender for review and approval

United Blood Services held the annual Silent Heroes appreciation evening at Mesa’s Commemorative Air Force Museum on Friday April 9th. There were over 200 donors attending the event. Silent Heroes includes all the platelet donors in Arizona.

WOW! The weather in Central Arizona is excellent. We are so fortunate to have four mild seasons to enjoy.
I took the day off and went to Bartlet Lake about 20 miles northeast of Phoenix. It is one of the most beautiful lakes you will ever see. It is a desert lake surrounded by mounntains and saguaro cactus. The Verde River empties into the lake. It is usually a very clear lake and over 100 feet deep.

WOW ! What a fantastic day. We left the house at 10 Am and headed for Jerome. It’s a little mining town over 100 years old in the mountains 75 miles north of Phoenix. The weather was a perfect 65 degrees and the people were out in it. The drive took us from Dewey to Prescott Valley and over Mingus Mountain into the Verde Valley. Shared Wells
Shared wells are viewed positively by some and negatively by others. I hope to dispell some myths and tell it like it is. Water in central Arizona’s Prescott Quad-City area is a precious commodity. We live in an Active Management Area and under the law we cannot import or export our water. Shared wells have their place here.
Here are both sides of the story.
Negative Aspects:
Requires a cooperative effort between neighbors to conserve water.
One party could be viewed as using a disproportionate share of the water.
