Prescott Arizona is becoming a favorite place for Canadian buyers. Our perfect weather allows our northern neighbors to enjoy Arizona the full year. While Phoenix and Scottsdale offer a great winter retreat, Prescott summers are excellent. That’s a claim that the Phoenix valley can’t make. Summer in Phoenix is like winter in Winnepeg. You tend to stay indoors. Yet in Prescott our average summer temperature is about 85 with low humidity. It’s where people from Phoenix come to excape the heat!
